Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Spotflow Studio (spotflowstudio.com and app.spotflowstudio.com), a service of Tripticode SL, Calle Júcar, 36 - B, 41012 Seville (Spain). Contact: support@spotflowstudio.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
1. The service
Spotflow Studio helps you analyse your product, define a strategy, plan campaigns and produce their pieces and videos, on your own or with a connected AI assistant. Videos are exported in your browser. We may improve, change or remove features; if a change affects you significantly we will give you reasonable notice.
2. Your account
- You need an account to use the app. You sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email.
- You must be over 18 and use the service for your own or your company's professional activity.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account. If you think someone is using it without permission, write to us.
3. Organizations and roles
Content is stored inside an organization. Its administrators can invite other people and give them a role, which decides what they can see and change. Whoever invites someone guarantees they are allowed to share the organization's content with that person.
4. Your content
- The content you save (brands, products, campaigns, scripts, videos, metrics…) belongs to you or your organization. We only use it to provide the service.
- You must have the right to use what you upload or ask to generate: third-party text, images, videos, music, trademarks and voices.
- What the AI proposes is a suggestion: review it before publishing. You decide what is approved and published, and you are responsible for your campaigns complying with the law and each social network's rules.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Spotflow Studio to create or spread content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, infringes third-party rights or impersonates other people (including their voice), nor to send spam, attack the service or try to access other organizations' data. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
6. Third-party services
Some features rely on external providers, such as Google for sign-in, ElevenLabs for voices or the AI assistant you connect. Their use may also be subject to their own terms. Generated voices may have a cost, which will be shown to you before generating them.
7. Plans and prices
If we offer paid plans in the future, we will show you their price and conditions before you subscribe, and nothing will be charged without your express acceptance.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running well and without interruptions, but we cannot always guarantee it. We recommend keeping a copy of what you export. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the results of your campaigns or for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded.
9. Closing your account
You can stop using the service whenever you like and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@spotflowstudio.com. What happens to your data is explained in the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change them we will update the date above and notify you of significant changes before they apply. If you keep using the service afterwards, we will take it that you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the rules of your country of residence and may go to the courts where you live.
